Good morning folks just figured I would see what was going on while I'm waiting on my Brisket to finish. Chucked it in the WSM last night about 21:00 and now I'm playing the waiting game been up for the last couple hours and we have stalled sitting at 157 no worries tho been down this road before will have some pic's after bit.
