I have never smoked london broil before but I got 2 for 7 dollars pre marinated from the grocery store so I figured what the heck.I figured Id do it like Brisket. I foiled them both at 155 and brought to 195. The first 1 I looked at was sliced and pulled apart Very easy. The second when I opened it had no Juice and was QUITE overdone. I guess I put a hole in the foil somehow because I get to clean the bottom of my MES40 tommorow after work to get all that liquid out

. On the bright side Ive got some tasty beef cubes for the next stew I do.( Even if the are a bit dry )

Mike, if you are using Flank for your London Broil , why not expand your talents and have the Butcher split that Flank and when you get home , sprinkle with Spices and squeese Lime juice over it and do a 'fast cook' on them ( on a grill or hot 300° Smoker) and cut across the grain to make Fajitas. You want to fast grill them to a Med.Rare doneness , or smoke till tender and keep squeezing the Lime on them.

Place in Tortillas with some Cheese, Salsa and Sour Cream, great meal.

If they get charred some ,the better.

Have fun and be sure to have pics:
