Cooking pulled pork...internal temp is 205-210...is there a cap for temp? My guests aren't here yet!?

Benderz, take it out now and wrap in foil and towels and in an empty cooler .It will be fine there for several hrs.   -   OR   -   take it out now and place in a slowcooker and shred up (pull-it :) , set on low and it will good to go...add finishing sauce if wanted . 200° is where I pull mine and they fall apart:

I don't wrap mine and they come out great...

Have fun and...

Most of the time I cook pulled pork I prefer to foil it and put it in the cooler. I have always had issues keeping the pork moist in a slow cooker.
