Hey y'all after lurking for awhile I thought I'd finally sign up. Just road testing my new Smoke Hollow No. 8 44" gasser (graduated from a Brinkman vertical charcoal) today and was enjoying the posts. I'm looking forward to learning and sharing what I can. So far so good on the smoke today. Holding nice temps and made my 40-140 nicely!

Hi DixieSmoke and

I guess I should mention da rulez!  We like pictures of what you are smoking and what you are smoking it on!  

 We call it Q-view.

Thanks PGSmoker!!  I did i pork butt today.  Can't believe I didn't write that in my first post.  Thanks for the reminder.  I took this smoke virtual with my dad who lives up in Pennsylvania and was doing some video conferencing so he could see some of the prep, the smoke, and the pulling so I didn't grab any still pics of this one.  I'll definitely get the next one.
