Just ran across your forum and I'm really glad I did.  I'm fairly new to grilling but have had a blast doing it.  I bought a big green egg on the forth of july and made ribs straight out.  They actually turned out pretty good.  From there I've done Pizza, pulled pork, pork and beef ribs, salmon, burgers, steaks and my latest challenge a beef brisket.  I'm hoping to gain some knowledge from some of you on techniques, rubs and general grilling skills.

Look forward to getting to know y'all.

Brett

Thanks....I've already taken advantage of the knowledge on here :).  I made some beef ribs yesterday and using the 3-2-1 method...they were fall off the bone tender.  By far the best I've made...and I thought the others were good.

Thanks guys!
