Good evening...I live in Utah and TN...I like to cook outside, dutch ovens, grills and smokers...I only know what I know and rely heavily on others for info, best practices etc...I am more of a listen er than a talker so I won't post much unles I need clarification or more info...thanks for putting this together , I have already learned a great deal and am anxious to get to work and practice...Gymmrr

One thing you should know...we want to see pictures of your smoker, and the products you produce from the smoker.  We call this Q-view.
