So I'm relatively new to smoking, and very new to SMF so here goes my first post. Ok..so this summer I've been a little more experimental about what I smoke. Sure who doesn't love pork shoulder, and ribs, and the occasional tri-tip, but I decided to start pushing my boundarys. I tried meatloaf...not bad, smoked trout...pretty good, today I stuffed a pork loin....holy @$%! To me pork loin has always been kind of a boring hunk of pig. But if you fillet it out with then saute some onion, pepper, mushroom, and garlic with a little butter, like I said...WOW. Anyway, give it a shot, tell me what you think...
