Hey Folks!  I will be making some beef back ribs today for a party tomorrow.  Any tips to reheating them?

Were you planning for a straight open grate smoke, or a variation of 3-2-1?

Will you have access to outdoor cookers for the party, or just an oven?

Any of the above can be accomplished: If a 3-2-1 variant will be used, smoke for several hours, remove from smoker, foil, rest chill, Reheat in foil for about 1.5-2 hours @ 250*, then toss onto open grates to set the bark. If you planned for straight smoke, you won't get the same resulting texture on the bark due to a foiled reheat, but reheating without foil could very well result in dry ribs. Also, if you only will have a gas grill for reheating, you can reheat indirect on med/low to approximate the ~250* reheat temp, then toss on open grates to set the bark and give 'em a little sear if you like.

If oven reheating, 250* as above for 1.5-2 hours. The reheat times are for single layers of ribs, BTW, which works best. If you stack the slabs of ribs on top of each other (individually foil wrapped), they'll need to be rotated top/bottom, a bit higher temp, and possibly a bit more time.
