I consider myself a long-time artist of the Weber charcoal grill here in Maple Grove, MN. I am excited to branch out with my Father's Day present of a Masterbuilt cabinet smoker. I have soaked in more wisdom from this forum than all other sites combined. Thank you all for sharing your wisdom and experience!

You were right about the E-course. It is the perfect "Smoking 101" course to get started!
