This will be my first attemp at posting some Qview. I have 2 small butts on the smoker, all wrapped up. Both have brown sugar and one has a little bit of Wild Turkey American Honey in with the butt as well. 3 racks of ribs ready to hit the smoker shortly. These are a little thinner than I am used to, should I still plan on about 5 hrs @260?
