Hello,  My name is Mike and I live in Carlisle PA, Just did my first smoke this weekend but it won't be my last.  I'm hooked on it now.  I have an old Brinkman SNP that my neighbor gave me (pic attached). I did drill 2 holes in the lid to monitor temps and added the chimney extension.  It doesn't have the offset box so I had trouble getting my temps low enough to smoke. If anybody has any tips on smoking with this particular smoker let me know.  I learned a lot yesterday (it's never too early to start smoking) and in the end it all  worked out and the meat turned out great.
