Wanted a quick lunch so decided to make some of these.

used Pizza crust to wrap the PP in.

Rolled out the pizza crust nice and thin

Took out some PP from the freezer.

Mushroom , black olives , and jalapeno will be going in my PP Pocket,

Cut the crust in half added the cheese

Added the PP

Loaded mine up with all the goodies

Added some  BBQ sauce. The bbq sauce is from Jeff"s book "memphis BBQ sauce"

on page 142. Wife really likes it.

Added some Parmesan Grated cheese

Starting to wrap it up

All wrap up

Sprayed a little butter on them then added Paprika on top

Then in the oven for about 30 minutes

This one is mine with all the extra good stuff in it.

This is the wife's , only had PP and cheese in it

That was a nice quick lunch.

thanks for looking

Thanks , We have used bread dough before . Works great .

I know what I'm making tomorrow.  I have about 6-7 lbs of pulled pork that got a little too pulled but should be just fine in something like this.  Thanks

Gotta love all the uses for PP. Great job.
