Hi!! I live in Savanna, il..getting ready to start up a hobby bizz cooking and catering ..ive been driving a big rig around this country for about 10+ years and have sampled lots of BBQ from all over..(wherever i can get this rig close too..lol).. I'm posting this from my mobile so its a little difficult....(fat fingers..little buttons)...i love this site!!! So great to see so many have same passion as me!!... im having a smoker/grill built..big tub with lower firebox..bigger version of my char griller...this will be a trailer smoker..im very excited!!! Anyway, ive got lots of questions and need lots of help so im real glad to have joined:yahoo: talk to y'all later..
