Hello!

My name is Ziggy and I am from New Jersey.

I started smoking with smokin-it #1 but did not like that I can not control the heat and smoke separatly.

Bought old refrigerator Kelvinator 1931 and will convert to smoker.

The smoke generator I have already made, similar like smoke daddy, works great.

I am Polish, so by nationality  I shuld be smoking already long time ago , do not know why it took me so long but will get there.

When I went to purchase the refrigerator, the women ask "what are you gonna do with this?" I said smoker, she replay: are you Polish :)

I will post some pictures once I complete parts collecting and when the converting process start.

Welcome to the SMF Family...Ziggy where are you at in NJ? I am from Piscataway and have been to a couple of the Polish neighborhoods in Linden, Manville and Sayerville. You may be new to Smoking but I'll bet you know where to get great Kielbasa and Krakowska, maybe a good Recipe...By the way my last name is Jankoski...Grandpa dropped the "W" when he came to the United States...JJ

Mr Jankowski. I am from Roselle Park .We have here afew polish stores, but may be only couple  have good smoking stuff. Mostly all taste the same, commercialy made.
 
Ziggy, Pulaski Meat Products, 5.5 miles from you in Linden. Very good, many imported foods and everybody on staff speaks Polish and English...JJ

 There is Better? I would like to try it. Can you post a Name and Address...Do you have a good Recipe for Fresh and Smoked Kielbasa?...Thank you...JJ
 
I do not think there is any better. As far reciepe I do not have any, I am new with this and never did any kielbasy.
