Mustard or EVOO With Rub

Have read a lot of posts on this topic and didn't find the answer to my question. My question is what you do after you apply the EVOO or mustard. Do you just sprinkle on the rub and leave the meat as is or do you spread the evoo/mustard around with the rub. Hopefully this question makes sense.

Apply and rub mustard on the entire piece of meat then sprinkle with rub and let sit for a few minutes to be absorbed by the mustard and reapply the rub then wrap in plastic wrap and into the fridge overnite

By reapply the rub do you mean to just sprinkle on more rub to the mustard or do you rub the paste around and sprinkle more rub?

Don't over-complicate it, just make sure you get it covered in rub. You can sprinkle, rub or just pat it, just get it on there.

I don't even use a binder anymore, I pat the meat dry with a paper towel then sprinkle and pat the rub in and wrap it.
