Well to hot to cook inside and have to leave to Seattle on Thursday so this should do us for the rest of the week -


and some of the players also added Cloves and some Smoky Mesquite seasoning




all rubbed up and ready to go to smoker at 220 till internal temp about 150 or so


will be smoking it with the amps fully loaded with mesquite pellets from Todd.

did it rub some more will let you know when it is done. suppose to be 103 here today

Looking great so far. It's too hot to cook inside and outside here! Drinking a Henry's and watching Golf in the air conitioning while the new MES 40 does some magic on some ribs. Have a safe trip.
 
Yum, that looks good. I need to put that one on my list. We haven't smoked ham yet.
Bryce you will love it they call it a double smoked ham it was great did first one last Xmas and this one beat it all to heck give it a try all you have to do is get a ready to eat pre cooked ham and just smoke it agian,  my kids and wfe said never ever put one in the oven agian

 Okay, then that will be my next smoke after a chicken next weekend. I love ham and so do my kids for the most part. Glad i saw your post.

Steve, that looks great, I never heard of double smoked ham before.  Now there is something else to try.  Guys, cut it out, I already have enough ideas to last about 5 years, I am 65 after all!  Just kidding, keep up with the great ideas, I will attempt to try all of them!  Steve

Ok Pinky, instead of world domination, next time, I say we smoke a ham and just feed folks until they fall at our feet.
