Hello all!  New to forum (obviously!).  New smoker from Delafield, WI.  At this point smoked two pork butts and several chickens.  I have a charcoal grill with a side smoker box.  Had the small Brinkman vertical smoker but after several attempts decided to donate to a friend.  I could not seem to keep the temperature where it needed to be.

I look forward to adding different types of meats to my repertoire.  Also, my teenage son is finding it fascinating and I plan to get him started at an early age.
