Howdy all I have been surfing in the back ground for awhile and thought heck just join up. This was what we serve up at Mikes Tavern on the weekends. If you are in the Area it is located at 2301 S Broadway Denver. This was the first time I ever smoked Beef Tenderloin on my new Smoker THE PIT BARREL COOKER If you have ever used a UDS then you really need one of these cookers. I am buying 3 more soon and will cook in competition with just them I love this cooker. I have been cooking for 20 years and will be doing my first comp soon. So stop by my photo album and check out some of my other cooks.

Would you do us a favor and add you location to your profile, Thanks!

Welcome. Smoked Tenderloins are fantastic. I've never been to Mike's. Next time I'm in Denver I'll have to swing by. I'm in Louisville and don't make my way to the big city too often.
