Hey Everyone, I'm a not-quite-a-rookie from Maryland. After years of loving my grandfather's pulled pork and all other kinds of BBQ, I started loading wood into my parent's offset smoker and started doing it myself. For now, I mostly stick with pig, with forays into chicken, beef and duck, but at the end of the day, there's nothing I like better than sitting down with some friends and family, and enjoying some good meat right out of the smoker.
