Hello All

My name is Ryan McNair, I am a resident of Bolton, Ma. I am new to smoking and true homemade BBQ, but have been interested for a while. My wife recently purchased me a Weber 731001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 22.5-Inch Smoker  for our 5 year wedding anniversary. It is due to deliver next week. I have experimented with a multitude of charcoal grill and propane grill cooking, but I am really anxious and excited to be smoking for real.

I'm interested in the 5 classes that I saw in one thread, and learning homemade rubs, bbq sauces, and cooking techniques associate with smoking.

Thanks in advance for everyone;s knowledge here,

Ryan McNair
