The girlfriend found this one night and it's pretty good. She's deathly allergic to mustard so trying to find a good recipe for potato salad without it is kinda hard. I should note, we double the amount of potatoes (you'll need to adjust the salt a bit if you do that). Otherwise there is wayyyyyyyyyy too much dressing for the salad (I think Food Network's recipe translators must have messed up somewhere). So basically double the potatoes, and leave everything else the same except the salt adjustment to taste. We use Siracha for the hot sauce and it comes out with a nice kick.
