first attempt at a fatty

making up a few racks of ribs, a pork butt, and my first attempt at a fatty

I stuffed it with pepperoni, mozzarella, ricotta, fresh basil and tomatoes.

I only took a pic of the finished fatty, not the ribs or butt. Next time I'll make a breakfast one after seeing all the awesome pics of them on here.
