Does anyone have experience in bottling a product? One of my brother's and myself are exploring the possibilities of bottling and marketing a certain product...

I am wanting to start with a thousand bottles. I need it to be labeled to comply with government regulations, i.e., calories, fat grams, sodium, etc. so we can market it commercially.

Yes, experience bottling hot sauce for resale.
The requirements are going to depend on exactly what it is that you're bottling.

Who can I contact about the actual bottling of the product? I have my own recipe and can provide my own bottles & labels if needed, etc...
