I have an offset charcoal smoker that I have been using for the past probably year or so but have been wanting to venture over to the propane side to free up some time so I am not spending my entire off day babysiting a fire along with my kids. So today while venturing through BPS I noticed they had one more Masterbuilt XL in stock and with all the experience on this forum that already own one and have shared their experiences with the mods I decided to take the plunge. The only down side is that right after I post this I have to start getting ready for work and I will not be able to put it together and season it until Friday. Maybe I will take my instruction manual to work with me and read through it on one of my breaks so when I put it together on Friday it will be that much easier. I will post pics as soon as I get some time, hopefully will have some good food to show for my purchase on Saturday
