Hi to all,I'm Sammy Torres from Puerto Rico.I did build myself a smoker 48" x 24" with a insulated side fire box a coupple of years ago that I used in our local BBQ contest in wich I got a coupple of prizes in ribs, steak, dessert, sauce and my last one 2nd place in brisket 2 weeks ago.I'm trying to get ideas for a upright smoker that I'm trying to b uild out of a transfer switch enclosure that measures h=60" x w=36" x d=20" it could be with a side fire box or inside fire.Looking for drawings, suggestions or ideas.

Thanks for the welcome and for the help: Sammy

to SMF . You have come to the right place for smoking info. This site is loaded with great info just use the search bar at top of page to find what you are looking for. If you can't locate the answer just ask folks here are willing to share there knowledge. Congrats on your wins in comps. I haven't ventured into comps. Folks that try my smoked meats think i should, but for now ill stick to attending them not competing in them.
