I had some smoked cured pork/beef sausage in the fridge and the fridge decided to quit and is no longer cold , just room temp .

is the sausage still good or not ?

thanks!

If it is cured and smoked to 150+ degrees it should be OK for several days.  I mail it to folks all the time and it takes 3 days to get to them.

You should be fine but I would heat it to 165*F before you eat it to guarantee it safe...JJ

You will be fine. I ship Sausage to Iraq and Afghanistan and its fine when it get there.
