Hey folks. I was thinking about smoking the buttermilk brined turkey on Sunday. that to me sounds so good. I was wondering if many people have tried it and what smoke tasted well with turkey? I really have been getting into apple wood lately. And if there was any suggestions, mistakes or advice that would help me. Thanks.
