Hello from the big city of Birchwood, TN. Currently I'm using a smoker my father lets me borrow from time to time which is a Masterbuilt 7 in 1 smoker. I have used it twice so far and are getting good outcomes fom it. I've been using Myron's recipes from his book and so far the family has loved it. Right now I'm in the process of figuring out what I want for myself and have pretty much got it down to the WSM 22.5 and the Old country Pecos smoker which I've been watching the current thread on it. My concerns at this point have been with the WSM getting easy access to the second rack in order to apply any glazes etc. My brother in law is pushing me to the wal mart charbroil offset, and he's getting pretty good results but he's working his tail off with heat management. I'm not real concerned with the offsets fuel use as I have an abundance of wood to use along with the charcoal. I've been reading through the very informative posts out there between the different ones so I'm going to make my decision after reading some more, of course any input is welcomed. I'm starting to read Jeff's new book after coming to this sight and have it downloaded on my ibook.
