Had A volunteer tomato show up in the onion patch, guess from the fallen seeds last year

Thanks Digging, Its small, but it does well.  Last year I was able to get a half bushel of potatoes, Caned maters, pasta sauce, ketchup, froze peppers, and had a ton of zucchini dishes, as well as I froze zucchini bread.and around 60 onions.  I wish I had more land, I love to garden, but being in town space is at a premium.

Glad you mentioned freezing zucchini bread. It's been hard to find ways of preserving some form of zucchini but it grows so easily in my garden.

I shred most of mine then freeze it - 2 cups per bag. It takes up a lot less space that way & works great for me. I freeze some slices & chunks too...
