Hi all!,

So it's been quite a while since I've posted anything onto this beautiful forum but I just got a new smoker and had to share! So up until now I've always used a Masterbuilt 30" EMS, but have been missing a flavor of que that just seems to b missing and you just can't accomplish with an electric smoker. So I did some research and came across the BBQ galore offset smoker. It has a durable steel that is used and seems to b much more stable than te te charbroil or some of the other offsets out on the market. I am a bit partial towards BBQ galore also since that is the place that pretty much got me into the wonderful world of smoking meat. So anyhow, yesterday I bought the smoker and assembled it today and am going for a seasoning smoke as we speak. I will promptly add a pic once I figure the site out again. Just thought I'd share this :) and plenty of qview will b added when I smoke new things up. :sausage:
