Been on here over a year and have had some great recipes and some great stories! Finally going to do a start to finish of 3 full racks of Baby Back ribs each rack cut in half in my Masterbuilt electric smoker, that I LOVE. Using a special rub as you can see in the first picture...using a mixture of oak, pecan, apple and cherry wood...I love this combination! So more to come....

Ok going to foil with Chef Jimmy's sauce inside this is a pic of the sauce. They are now in foil in the sauce for 2 hours...

I am looking forward to posting pics after the 2 hour foiling....in the meantime busch light and chilada mix.
