I'm Jamie....completely new to smoking and looking for my first smoker.
Been lurking around here for the last few days, reading and reading, and sopping up the drool from some of the Qview I've seen on here....wow!
I'm leaning heavily to the Chargriller Smokin Pro as my first go 'round, modding it of course (some of these mods verge on pure genius!).
I told my wife the other day I needed a hobby to keep me busy and what's a better hobby than something like smoking? It has it all....good food, good drinks and good friends!
I've already signed up for the 5 day eCourse and the newsletter....now to get that smoker!
