I have family in from WY and they are looking forward to some Baby Backs!  So, getting everything prepped for the smoke.  Included in today's prep was having to move the smoker due to expected rain this afternoon.  I stationed it in a place where I can roll it up under my patio when the rain starts.  We'll see how it goes.

Here's a few before pics.

Thats one way to ensure your family comes back for another dinner, err umm, visit!

Looking great. Can't wait to see them again in an hour or so.

Done!  Sneaked a bite and they're perfect.  Wrapping them and resting them as everything else is not quite ready.  Can't wait.

I'll try to remember a plate shot.

That turned out fantastic! Love the rib pic, SWEET!

What kind of cuc's or pickles are those. They sure look great.

BTW-I'm in Largo and the rain has been coming and going all day. (I'm smoking on my MES 40 right now under the lanai).

Great job

Thanks.  It really did end up great.  I think you're asking about the potato's.  My wife slices them, puts butter and garlic on them and bakes them for an hour or so in foil.  They were awesome too!
