Hi everyone. My name is Tim and I live in northern New Jersey. I have been using a Char-Broil and Brinksman smoker with a side firebox for the last three years. Have been smoking brisket, ribs and turkey during this time. Along with these I really want to get into pork. Last three years have been doing thanksgiving turkey on smoker but the last two just as a bbq ( no smoke). Came out excellent and made wife happy that oven wasn't tied up.
