Qview from a Newbie - BB Ribs again with beef short ribs

In another thread I posted a Qview of BB Ribs and here is another one from the day before. I had 2 different events in one weekend. This was for a friends birthday party. Also, for some reason, I did not take pictures of the ribs before the smoker, sorry about that. I did not know what I was thinking. I did do beef short ribs this time around. I had no clue how to cook beef short ribs, so I gave it a shot and people liked them to my surprise!

I got those beef short ribs from a friend who got them from somewhere around Jonesburg, MO and I really haven't paid attention at the places I usually shop for beef short ribs. This was my first time making beef short ribs and I didn't really know how to prepare them, so I went ahead and prepared them similar to pork ribs.

I love smoking short ribs ... i just ask the butcher to give me a rack uncut and smoke them whole !!! Sooo good ...your look great !!!!
