Hello everyone!
I hope everyone is doing well. I live in St. Louis, Missouri, my smoker is Chargriller Super Pro with the SFB. I got into this last summer and it has turned into a hobby for me. I have smoked Baby Back Ribs, Brisket and Beef Short Ribs. My experience level with Baby Back ribs is pretty good, that is what I have made the most so far. I have made brisket twice and beef short ribs once, so in regards to those, I have much to learn! I try to bbq/smoke meat as often as I can. I recently signed my life away (bought a house) and the Chargriller smoker was a house warming gift to me.
I am looking forward to learning more by becoming a member on here!
