Hi all. New here today. I found you in search of some help earlier in the week and like all that I have seen. I typically use a simple gas smoker but recently tried an electric. After two units I did what I should have and went back, returned them and ought a weber smokey mountain. Enough said. I love it. I look fwd to chatting with all of you and sharing ideas.
