Thanks to so many people on this site I was successful in my fist BB rib smoke. Last night I smothered the ribs in mustard and seasoning. Started the smoker around noon at 225.

Ready to go in the MES 30.

Yep, temperature is right...

After two hours it's time to put them in foil.  Notice the sweet potato to double check inside temps.

After 2 hours of cooking in foil I added sauce and back in the smoker for an hour.  Here are the results.

Time for dinner.  The potatoes were done in the oven and the corn boiled.  I was going to put the corn on the grill, but today is Friday and happy hour(s) with my friends.  So, after several glasses of wine...the end results below.

Thank you.  I had a lot of fun making them.  However, some did not fall off the bone the way I like them.  I suppose next time I'll have to move them around in the smoker or give them a little more time in the foil.  All in all...they were great!
