Hi everyone. I've been checking out the site for a couple weeks and really enjoy it. I've always been very interested in food and cooking. I started smoking a couple years ago when I bought my brother a WSM for father's day. Since then, I've bought my own and fire it up as much as I can., though not as much as I'd like to. 

Look forward to learning a lot from everyone.
