I am new to smoking meats. I have dablled in it for a few months now. I have 2 differnt smokers that I use, 1 is a Brinkman charcol style and the other is the smokernator 1000 used on my 22 inch web grill. Today I got jeffs recipes and are going to try them out this weekend. I like to try differnt rubs on my meats to see what kind of taste it will give me. I still have not found one that I like it yet but reading about jeffs, I will see.
I tried to do some baby back ribs 2 weeks ago but they turned out a little tuff. I smoked them using jeffs 3-2-1 method but they were not very tender. Any help in where I messed up at?
