Smokin' a few Tips over hickory and lump on a WSM!!! Smoked for 3 hours, chopped up and sauced with SBR's and back on the smoker to caramelize a bit. Enjoy!!!

Frosty, if you put them in a pan like I have done, is there a lot of juice in the bottom? Thanks for the reply!!!

Yep, there was just a little juice in the bottom. Overall, most of the moisture cooked out while smoking.

I always keep a little apple juice or broth available in case things look like it might dry out.  Luckily, I've had good luck so far.
