I'm a newly to the site but not to smoking. I did charcoal and various woods for years but I know have a small electric smoker that I use most of the time. I know I know it's cheating but I don't have the time like I use to due to switching jobs. I'm from po-dunk Western Ky and looking forward to sharing, learning, and trading recipes with all y'all!
