somked up a dozen boneless skinless thighs I got on sale for .99/Lb.  Smoked at 250 to an IT of 165 with Hickory.  Six with my rub and six with montreal chicken seasoning.  Let them rest for a few before eating,  They were tender, juicy and delicious.

I love boneless thighs. Have not smoked them yet. Did you brine them?
