I planted 4 types of tomatoes this year. Some of you saw these at the gathering six weeks ago when they were just youngins.

Here they are 6 weeks later.

From left to right we have 3 rows of San Marzanos (15 Total) then I think a row of cherry (5 Total). Then 6 or 7 Romas and 6 or 7 Better Boys. The San Marzanos are doing great from seeds I saved from a harvest 2 tears ago. The rest are new store bought seeds. They are doing well but not like the SMs.

Can't have tomatoes without basil. And a few peppers too. Bell, jalapeño, jumbo jalapeño and cayenne.

Nice Scott! Had my first ripe Roma today. I suspect that within two weeks I will have more than I know what to do with.

Looking good Scott. I did not have time to get a garden in this year and it is killing me seeing all these great posts.

They sure are Dave. I had a great close up but it was so blurry I had to delete it. I have a lot more bees this year than in the last couple years. Could have been because we didn't have winter this year. Lots of bees is always good. Can't live without them. Even though my wife would disagree.

Today's pics of the garden.

Some more bees visiting today.

These are red peppers. Still a ways to go yet.

Jumbo jalepeños. Not big enough yet.

Tomatoes doing much better than this time last year. The cherries aren't fairing well.

The others seem OK even though we've been having 100ºF days here.

San Marzanos. The dinky ones are the cherry tomatoes.

Don't know what happened to this Better Boy here. Looks like some kind of mutation.
