My wife bought me a Masterbuilt XL gas smoker for my birthday and to mark the occasion, I am doing a butt for pulled pork for the family who is coming over today.  Went in around 4 am and its at about 155 degrees now.  Here is some Q-View that I've been snapping as it goes along.

Well I pulled it out and foiled it at 165 degrees and I realized after it was all bundled up that I forgot to get a picture of it.  That's OK though.  IT is 190 right now and it should be ready to come out soon.  I'll be sure to get pics of it before and after pulling.
 
Freshly unfoiled and ready to pull.  Bone slid right out.

Pulled and ready to eat. Used SoFlaQue finishing  sauce recipe.  Everybody loved it.
