Made some BBQ chicken today for the first time on my Weber grill. Indirect heat at about 280 for an hour, perfect! Tender and juicy, used a marinade and I also used some Cowboy char-wood and a few wet mesquite chips and of course some charcoal. The chips gave a good smoke on the chicken that was very tasty. How was your dinner today?
