Hi, my name is Allen and I live in Greenville SC, home of some of the finest BBQ in the south, and believe me we have plenty here, about 5 within 5 miles of my house.
I have used a New Braunfel side box now for about 10 years and have made some pretty good BBQ with it. I have been wanting to try something a little different and with a little less work and after alot of seat time on the internet and mostly this forum I went with a GOSM propane smoker. After seasoning and breaking it in last week I used it for the first time today and the ribs were off the chain. I made a few mods to it before using and they worked great.
