Thanks big blue! I wish I would have taken pics, post carving. both were juicy but you could see the difference with and without the skin kind of interesting.....but alas it was taken from me to the table as soon as I was done lol.
Thanks Husker! I have read in other threads laying bacon over the chicken will keep it fatty and moist, I didnt try it because I was afraid it would make the outside of the chicken pale and not browned at all. I may try it sometime though.
