Sort of near Corning, CA
Fred here.  Very pleased to find this forum.  In the past, have used a L'il Chef for salmon and trout, but just received a Camp Chef 18" vault to replace the ECB.  Looking for knowledge, but have little to offer since my experience is nil.  Hope to be able to contribute in the near future.

My location is North Central California... about 120 miles north of Sacramento... relocated from the Monterey Bay, where nature is awesome and the people are underwhelming.  Love Redneck country.

Where the sewer meets the sea is the name given to El Segundo in So Cal because it is where the scatter goods processing plant lives. I know that because I used to live there LOL
