Hello my name is Mike and I am from the Jersey Shore...(not the idiots on the tv).
I am a Avid griller, now focusing in on Smoking. Currently I am using a Master Built Pro vertical smoker. (model 20050412). I am active in my daughter HS marching band and currently part of the pit crew. I am assuming the grilling duties for all the fundraisers and events and everyone is telling me they look forward to the band bar-b-que at the end of the summer. (I hinted the fact I am smoking a few briskets for the event)
